Your card may have been temporarily locked if your CVV, expiry date, or PIN was entered incorrectly 3 times.
The good news is the lock lifts automatically after 24 hours, so there's no action needed on your part.
Just to clarify, this temporary lock is different from freezing your card. Freezing is something you do manually in the DPT app.
