- Confirm the deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain by looking up your transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer.
- Make sure you sent a supported asset (USDC or USDT) on a supported network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, Base, BSC, or Solana).
- Check that your deposit meets the minimum amount: 1 USDC or 1 USDT, or 10 USDT on Tron.
- Remember that deposits typically arrive within approximately 1 minute, so if it's been less than a few minutes, please give it a little more time.
- If you sent funds using the wrong network or wrong cryptocurrency, the deposit may not credit.
