If your card has been temporarily locked, here's what's happening and what to expect.
A temporary lock is triggered automatically when your CVV, expiry date, or PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times. The good news is that the lock lifts on its own after 24 hours, so no action is needed on your part.
It's worth noting that a temporary lock is different from freezing your card. Freezing is something you do manually in the DPT app, while a temporary lock is triggered automatically by the system for security purposes.
Your account and any other cards are not affected during a card lock.
