What happens if my account balance goes negative?

If accumulated decline fees or recurring merchant billing cause your account balance to reach or exceed -$10.00 USD, your card status will be automatically flagged, and we will immediately dispatch an official delinquency notice via multiple channels simultaneously, including your registered email, mobile push notifications, and in-app inbox (message center). You will then have a strict grace period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the notice is dispatched to top up your account and restore the balance to a non-negative status ($0.00 USD or above); if unresolved within this 30-day window, the Platform reserves the right to cancel and delete the card to prevent further mutual risk and losses.
