A card account will be classified as "Inactive" or "Dormant" if it has shown no user-initiated financial transactions, fund movements, or login activity for a continuous period of one (1) year (365 days). To optimize BIN pool resources and avoid ongoing background administrative or network custody fees, the Platform reserves the right to clean up, deactivate, or close cards associated with such long-term inactive accounts, and prior to exercising this right, a system alert will be issued via your registered email or in-app inbox to provide an opportunity to keep the card active by logging in or performing a transaction.
